Accessibility statement
In brief
- We aim for level AA of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines across this website.
- The site works with a keyboard, a screen reader and at 200% zoom.
- Known limitations are described honestly below.
- If something blocks you, tell us via [email protected]; we reply within 2 working days.
01Scope
This statement covers the Comptelogicza website run by Comptelogicza B.V., in Dutch and English. As a small business, Comptelogicza falls outside most obligations of the European Accessibility Act. We still want the site to work for everyone, so we voluntarily follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
This English text is provided for information; the Dutch version is authoritative.
02What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, a logical heading order and landmarks for header, navigation, content and footer.
- A skip-to-content link and a visible focus outline for keyboard users.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
- Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful photo.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages.
- Animations that stop when your system is set to reduce motion.
- Price and retention tables with header cells, so screen readers announce them properly.
03Known limitations
- We have tested the site ourselves with a keyboard, VoiceOver and browser zoom, but have not yet commissioned an external audit.
- Audio samples, if we publish any, have no transcript because they are music without spoken content.
- The map link opens OpenStreetMap, an external site whose accessibility we do not control. The address and directions are therefore also given as text on the contact page.
04The studio itself
The studio is on Czaar Peterstraat 148 in Oostelijke Eilanden. From Amsterdam Centraal it is about a 20-minute walk east along Prins Hendrikkade and Kattenburgerstraat to Czaar Peterstraat. By bike it takes around 8 minutes, and there are bike racks in the street. Street parking is paid municipal parking.
The live room (42 m²) and control room (24 m²) are spacious; the 6 m² voice booth is tight for a wheelchair user with a companion. If you use a wheelchair or walker, rely on hearing support or have any other need, call 020 754 3816 before booking. We will talk through what works and can schedule a longer changeover between sessions if that helps. More about sessions on music recording and voice-over recording.
05Feedback and contact
If you cannot read, operate or find something on the site, email [email protected] with the page and what went wrong, or call 020 754 3816 (Mon–Fri 10–22, Sat 11–18). We reply within 2 working days and can send the information in another format if needed. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can file a complaint as set out in the terms and conditions.
