01What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device. Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, which implements the EU ePrivacy Directive, also covers other ways of storing or reading information on your device, such as your browser's localStorage. For anything that is not strictly necessary, a site must ask your consent first.

02What this website stores
The Comptelogicza site stores exactly one item: your choice in the cookie banner. It lives in localStorage, not in a cookie sent to the server with every request, and contains no name, email or anything else that identifies you.

After 182 days the choice expires and we ask again. If we change this policy in a meaningful way, the key gets a new version number and you will see the banner sooner.
03Categories in the cookie banner
Necessary
Only the storage of your choice. This is exempt from consent and is always on.
Functional, preferences, analytics and marketing
These categories appear in the banner so you can knowingly allow or refuse them, but at present the site places nothing in any of them. Should we later add, for example, an embedded map or a measurement tool, it would only activate after you consent, and we would update this policy first.
04Third-party services and links
Fonts, images and the site script are delivered from our own domain, hosted by TransIP B.V.. Nothing is loaded from Google, Meta or other third parties.
The map link on the contact page opens OpenStreetMap in a new window, where their rules apply. The contact form sends your message through FormSubmit. It sets no cookies on our site, but the transfer of your data to the US is explained in the privacy policy.
05Changing or clearing your choice
Reopen the banner through , also available at the bottom of every page. You can also remove the cmpt_consent_v1 item yourself by clearing site data for Comptelogicza in your browser settings. If the site behaves unexpectedly afterwards, let us know via [email protected].
