01What this website is for
This website of Comptelogicza B.V. describes the Comptelogicza recording studio in Amsterdam: its rooms, services, rates and practical information on recording, mixing and mastering. The pages are there to help you choose and prepare a session. They do not replace a tailored arrangement, so describe your project in a message via the contact page and you will get a concrete proposal.
02Prices, rooms and availability
Prices on the services page include 21% VAT and apply on the date of publication. A price or description on the site is an invitation to send a request, not an offer that creates a contract straight away. Only the written confirmation you receive after your request is binding, together with the terms and conditions.
Descriptions of the studio, such as our 22 microphones or the size of the rooms, reflect the situation at the time of writing. Equipment can change because of maintenance or replacement. If a particular instrument or microphone matters to you, check with us beforehand.
03Guides and technical explanations
In our guides we explain topics such as delivering tracks for mixing and loudness in mastering. Streaming services, distributors and pressing plants change their specifications regularly, so always check the current requirements of the platform or plant you work with. Target values and examples in the guides create no entitlement, and we cannot predict how a platform or algorithm will treat your song.
04Links to other websites
This site contains links to websites run by others, for example our hosting provider. We choose those links carefully, but we have no control over their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse what is there. If you come across a broken link or one that leads to inappropriate content, please let us know.
05Availability and security of the site
We aim to keep the website available without interruption, but outages and maintenance can happen. The contact form is handled by an external service; if your message does not arrive, or you get no reply within 2 working days, call 020 754 3816 or email [email protected]. Please do not send audio files or sensitive information through the form; for files we agree a secure upload method with you.
06Liability for use of the site
Comptelogicza B.V. is not liable for damage arising because you relied on information on this website without checking it with us, or because the site was temporarily unavailable. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness. Damage connected with a booked session or assignment is governed by article 12 of the terms and conditions.
